Nick & Marjorie Allan - King's Centre Leaders   email

Hi, we took on the leadership of this church in Sept 05. We've been married for 7 years and have a young daughter and two sons. Before coming here we were both involved in leadership within other churches, while Nick worked in marketing and Marjorie worked as a linguist.Our heart for the King's Centre is that as a community we grow in God, to know and experience the 'life to the full' that He promises, and that we share this love with those around us through words, works and wonders.

I have been serving as full time minister at Coulby Newham Baptist Church in Middlesborough for the last 6 years and I'm married to Annwen with three children. Our hearts are to see the church reach its full potential in Christ and for the lost to know the love of our Jesus transforming their lives through the power of the Holy Spirit. We are very excited about coming to be part of all that God is doing, and will do, at the King’s Centre and are looking forward to meeting, and getting to know, our new church family.

My aim is, with the help of other church families, to provide the best possible under 5's provision, through King's Kids, Sunday School and Crèche, while showing the love of God through our friendships and relationships with each other and with other parents / carers.

My vision is to bring Jesus to the families of Nether Edge and to help them feel they are part of our wider church family.

Leighton Collins - Youth Leader   email

Hi, I'm Leighton and I am the youth worker at KC, I lead KCYouth and am part of the leadership team of Forge, the whole Church's youth work. I love my job, because I get to spend my time with some of the most exciting people I've ever met, it's a real privilege to be able to guide guys as they're growing up from 10 to their early 20s.
I'm a big fan of football, video games, nachos and ginger beer. Keep cucumber away from me though, it's grim.

Nicole Brown - Worship Co-ordinator  email

I came to Sheffield and KC in 1992 as a student... and I'm still here! I started leading worship a week after becoming a Christian, and I am now Worship Co-ordinator for the King's Centre. I also work in freelance education consultancy. I am married to Steve and we have three gorgeous children.

I love seeing the Lord being lifted up and drawing us to himself - I long to see Kingdom breakthrough in our community so that we see more people living meaningful, Jesus-filled and focussed lives. I believe that as we worship we can touch heaven and change earth (there is a song in there somewhere!!).

Dan Parkinson - Childrens' Leader and Families Worker  email

Hi - I'm Dan, and I’m the new children’s and families’ leader at KC. I moved to Sheffield in August 2009 and I am really excited to be part of the church family here. I love the friendly and loving environment around KC, and feel really privileged to be part of a church which loves God and serves its community so much.

My vision for the children’s work is that every child has the opportunity to engage with God, and as they do, experience first hand the abundant life that Jesus promises to all who follow him.

 Hi, I’m Nicola, I’m the Administration Manager here and I love the fact that this job brings me into contact with loads of different people ranging from 0-90 and no two days are the same. I love talking, laughing, ginger beer, matching jewellery and sunshine and can’t cope with socks that don’t match.

Hey! I have been invited to serve at King's Centre on a 'ministry internship', to intentionally explore a call into church leadership. This looks like a mixture of general service and ministry with some specific training. I have a real passion to pursue our Father's love, not only for myself but because it's His love in us that will 'call our city back' to Him. I enjoy painting, writing music and poetry.
