Students at King's Centre

We really value students and welcome them to join the wider church family here at King's Centre. KC is a friendly, lively place with loads going on during the week, including many small groups and places to get stuck-in. We’ll happily feed you and integrate you into the family atmosphere. Then we'll invite and release you to serve where and when you can.

The church is led by a young couple, Nick & Marjorie Allan, who are very familiar with the Sheffield student scene (Nick was a history student at Sheffield Uni), and other leaders who joined the church while students here.

We’re located in Nether Edge, which is close to the city centre, and very close to lots of student residences, as well as Hallam University central campus, Psalter Lane and Collegiate Crescent campus. We also gather people from all over the city, and the Uni areas like Crookes & Broomhill.

The church has recently merged with St Thomas’ Philadelphia, so you can also benefit from those student-specific activities, including Sunday evening celebrations 6.30pm at the Philadelphia Campus.
